HOW IT WORKS?

Horizontal automatic glass seaming machine is divided into three sections: the loading section, the edging section, and the unloading section. The loading section and the unloading section helps the edging section for grinding the glass. The edging section has 4 sets of grinding heads. There are 7 grinding wheels in each set of grinding heads. Glass edging process is fast and convenient. The first set of grinding heads in the front grinds the first edge of the glass, the grinding heads on both sides grind the two sides of the rectangular glass, and the rear grinding heads grind the last edge of the glass. Therefore the entire edging process completed. The first piece of processed glass enters the unloading section, and the second piece of glass that has been on standby enters the edging section quickly.

• Horizontal automatic glass seaming machine with automatic detection of thickness, speed, width and length, air pressure and other process parameters, different size and thickness of glass can be directly edged. There is no need to adjust the opening and closing like glass double edger machine.
• The depth of the glass grinding can be adjusted by current seaming process parameters; it is not necessary to adjust the height of the grinding wheel and the angle of the chamfer according to the thickness of the glass.
• The speed of glass seaming is fast. As per actual production testing, 6 pieces of glass edging of 1000x1000mm can be processed in one minute. Glass seaming tasks from 240 square meters to 360 square meters can be easily completed in one hour.
• Easy operation with touch screen interface.
• Glass seamer has the characteristics of high processing efficiency, small footprint, high unit output, and low edging cost.
• Horizontal automatic glass seaming machine can be connected with automatic loading and unloading table, washing machine and other processing equipment to form a fully automatic production line unit for insulating glass processing to realize automatic production and greatly reduce labor costs and efficiency.
• Four sets of seaming heads, each set of seaming heads is equipped with 7 grinding wheels, 3 grinding wheels for hemline edge grinding, and 4 grinding wheels for upper and bottom edge arris. Special seaming head design to achieve excellent glass rough grinding effect.
