EVA Glass Laminating Machine

EVA glass laminating machine uses the vacuum bag under vacuum conditions, the laminating material and glass are heated together to reach a peptized state, so that the two pieces of glass are glued together.

EVA glass laminating machine can heat-bond EVA film, silk cloth, paper products, calligraphy and painting, ultraviolet one-way film, smart film, and other functional films or specific films with float glass to produce laminated glass and decorative glass with multiple functions. 

Technical Features

• No need to attach an autoclave and hot pressing machine; simple and reliable structure, low energy consumption, good quality, less space occupation, and less investment.
• The oven is heated by horizontal running wind, relatively balanced heat, less heat loss, and perfect heat preservation effect.
• The vacuum chamber adopts high-quality silica vacuum bags, which are durable.
• The design of the control box is reasonable and simple, the preset program is completed in one step, and the operation is very simple.
• Effective use of space: The glass can be placed arbitrarily within the range of the vacuum bed, and is not limited by the shape and thickness of the glass.
• Efficient and power-saving: 50-70 minutes per batch and the power consumption is about 18-22h.

3. Bulletproof glass is mainly used for bank counters;
