Vertical Glass Washing Machine

Vertical glass washing machine is a special key equipment for Automatic Insulated Glass Production Line, which is suitable for building glass, decoration glass and other industries. It is suitable for cleaning flat glass with a thickness of 3-19mm and a maximum height of 2500mm.

Vertical glass washing machine is mainly composed of washing section, drying section, transmission system, frame, water tank, air supply, electrical control and other parts. The entire washing and drying process is automatically completed without manual operation.

Vertical glass washing machine is to put the flat glass vertically on the glass washing machine, the glass is carried by the transmission belt into the washing section, brushed by the water-sprayed brushes, and then enters the air-drying section with a special high-pressure fan to completely peel off the water film, therefore to achieve the glass cleaning effect.
