Automatic Vertical Glass Sandblasting Machine

Automatic Vertical Glass Sandblasting Machine has two functions: fully automatic and manual. It is equipped with 3 automatic spray guns and 1 manual spray gun in this machine. The lifting of the spray gun and the conveying of the glass are all driven by timing belts, which are stable and durable. The lifting device of the spray gun is located outside the machine body, low failure rate.

The grid of sand used for sandblasting is generally 60#, but it can also be 30-120#. The sand used for sandblasting is recycled in the machine body. The sand loss rate is low and the cost is saved.

Sandblasting speed: 20m²/h.

Note: Comparing with horizontal glass sandblasting machine, Automatic Vertical Glass Sandblasting Machine occupies less area of floor. It can be used with CNC plotting machine for various pattern engraving processes, and then sandblasting process.
