Ball bearing glass edging machine is a high-end glass edging machine. The redesigned front and rear pads with rolling friction and no chain transmission make up the majority of the transmission structure. It is appropriate for glass product that demand high edging accuracy and size, such as furniture glass, museum exhibition glass cabinets, jewelry display glass cabinets, and engineering construction glass.
The non-chain bearing rolling clamping conveyance system used by the ball bearing glass grinding machine is made up of a guide rail, sprocket, driving shaft, bearing, and clapping pads. A spinning shaft fitted on the ends of a tank connects the clapping pads to one another. At the bottom of the clapping pads, a water baffle is attached.Ball Bearing Glass Grinding Machine

Technical Features
Ball Bearing Glass Grinding Machine adopts ball bearing transmission, better grinding and polishing effect than chain transmission grinding machine.
Widely processing glass thickness that is 1~50mm.
Rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing can be finished at one time.
Suitable for processing architectural glass, doors, and windows insulating glass, home appliance glass, and LOW-E glass.
The difference between bearing glass edger and chain glass edger
Bearing glass edger has benefits over the current chain glass edger technology, including a large carrying capacity, high precision, a longer lifespan, lower cost, easier maintenance, reliable waterproofing, stable transmission, and a wide processing range.
1. The bearing glass edger has greater precision than the chain glass edger. The yield rate of the bearing glass edger achieves 98%, and the grinding amount inaccuracy is controlled to within 0.1mm. The chain glass edger has a 0.2–0.3 mm grinding inaccuracy, and as the pads wear out during large production of glass, the error increases.
2. Longer lifespan. The pads of the bearing glass edger use rolling friction, which has a low friction coefficient, low wear, and a long service life (typically 3 to 5 years). In contrast, the pads of the chain glass edger use chain drive, pads contacts with liner surface, high sliding friction, and an 8-hour workday mean that the pads will wear out in about 6 months, causing the error to increase and the precision to suddenly decrease. This will negatively impact the edging effect, necessitating the replacement of the entire machine’s chain units.
3. Impact of grinding. In terms of straightness, bearing glass edger outperform chain glass edger; in terms of smoothness, bearing glass edger are more delicate.
4. Thickness range of glass edging. The bearing glass edger is 1-50mm. The chain glass edger is 3-25mm.
5. Minimum size of glass edging. Most chain glass edgers can only go as far as 80x80mm, whereas bearing glass edgers are 30x30mm.
6. Transmission stability.Transmission on a bearing machine is more steady and vibration-free; on a chain machine, where the splint wears, the transmission is inconsistent on both sides and prone to jittering.
