CNC Automatic Glass Cutting Machine is a CNC automatic equipment that composed of a double-station double-arm automatic loading table, an automatic glass cutting table, and an air-floating breaking table. It is mainly used in the cutting and breaking of flat glass. The CNC automatic glass cutting line adopts computer control, which has high automation and convenient maintenance, which greatly improves production efficiency and saves labor costs.

How it works?

After starting the loading table, arms automatically suck glass from the shelf. Under sensor-controlled, glass automatically finds edge in the X and Y directions. After moving to the designated location, transport glass to the CNC cutting table. Under laser sensory element guidance, use a laser reader to get the position of the glass sheet. Cutter will move to coordinate origin, and automatically start to cut according to the preinstall graph. After cutting, the glass will move to the breaking table. Start break bars and break the glass. At this point, the whole process work was completed.
