Horizontal Forced Convection Glass Tempering Furnace
LOW-E coated glass is composed of multiple layers of metal or other compounds coated on the surface of the glass. It has excellent heat insulation effect and good light transmittance. Its coating layer has the characteristics of high transmission of visible light and high reflection of middle and far infrared, so it is also called low emissivity glass. Because glass reflects infrared rays, the upper surface of the glass in the radiation furnace is mainly heated by infrared rays. Obviously, the radiation furnace is no longer suitable for processing LOW-E coated glass. We have developed a Horizontal Forced Convection Glass Tempering Furnace.
Horizontal forced convection glass tempering furnace is equipped with a high-temperature convection fans. When the convection fans works, the high-temperature airflow in the furnace is driven by the impeller to reciprocate and heat the glass in the furnace. The upper surface of the glass is heated in two ways: convection and radiation. Through the convection system, the uniformity of the temperature in the heating furnace is guaranteed, the heating speed is faster, the glass is heated more uniformly, and the surface quality and flatness of the tempered glass are greatly improved.
It is especially suitable for the glass with different heat absorption speeds on both sides, such as tempered Low-E glass and coated glass.
