We asked the electrician to ask the reason. The electrician believed that 10m/min can meet the daily production needs even though the glass washing machine is a high-speed washer with two blowers, so he wrote the maximum washing speed as 10m/min in the background of the program.

However, we believe that since the customer bought a glass washing machine with a maximum speed of 18m/min, we should also provide the customer with these modifiable functional ranges. Even if the customer may not be able to use these high-speed functions in daily production, we should also satisfy customer needs.

Therefore, we require electrical work to make rectifications. Below is a before and after comparison.

2. The contract stipulates that the loading table and the unloading table are 3000mm respectively, and the two tables are respectively equipped with independent drive motors. But during our inspection, we found that the extended unloading table is equipped with a motor, but the extended loading table is not equipped with a drive motor.

We asked the factory manager to inquire about the reason. The factory manager’s feedback was that they felt that one motor could satisfy the drive of the unloading table, so there was no need to install it on the loading table.

We pointed out to the factory manager that this idea was wrong. Our customer paid us the cost of two motors, and we should give the customer the corresponding configuration. It is not possible to arbitrarily change the configuration because of our personal feelings.

In the next two days, the factory manager installed an independent motor on the loading table according to our instructions.

3. According to the checklist, when we checked the last pneumatic component, we found that a cylinder is a Chinese brand, and the brand specified in the contract is SMC.

The factory manager said that it was their negligence that caused the installation of the pneumatic components to be wrong. They replaced it right away.

Finally, after a comprehensive rectification of the machine, we reviewed the machine again. The functions and configurations of the washing machine meet the customer’s requirements. So we can start the arrangement for the next shipment.
