Intelligent Straight-line Glass Double Edger Production Line is one of the glass edging machine, which generally composed of two double edger machines and a transition device, which can be “L” shape or “I” shape. It has the advantages of fully automatic control, accurate positioning, and high precision. It can complete the grinding of four edges (hemline charmfering, rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing) at one time, grinding the edges of glass in various qualities according to different client’s requirements with good processing accuracy and high production efficiency. 

Glass Double Edger Production Line is the necessary glass processing machinery for the modern glass processing plant. The glass grinding performance is perfect glass pre-processing for glass tempering.

Technical Features

• Realize automatic detection and automatic adjustment of glass size without manual input, fully automatic operation, high processing speed, greatly improve the processing capacity of bulk orders, and reduce processing costs.
• PLC control with touch screen, the data set, and the grinding status of glass can show on the controlling center. Processing width, thickness, and lifting of upper arris are adjusted automatically.
• High-precision double linear guide and precision rack drive structure and control system, to ensure the accuracy of glass processing.
• High processing edging speed and transfer efficiency for 3-12mm glass.
• It can be connected with the loading and unloading table and the washing machine to realize an unmanned automatic production line and greatly reduce the cost.
