How to maintain your glass machinery?

• Daily maintenance

The daily maintenance of the glass machinery is generally the responsibility of the operator, and the operator carefully inspects it before and after the shift. Keeps the equipment lubricated and clean. If the equipment fails in the shift, report for repairs in time and make a record of the shift.

• Primary maintenance

This is based on operating workers and maintenance workers assisted. Carry out partial disassembly and inspection of the equipment, clean the specified parts, have the lubrication, replace the filter or filter screen, etc. Adjust the matching gap of each part of the equipment, and fasten each part of the equipment.

• Secondary maintenance

This is based on maintenance workers and operating workers assisted. Carry out partial disassembly of equipment, inspection, and repair, replacement, and repair of worn parts, partial restoration of accuracy, lubrication system cleaning, replacing lubricating oil, electrical system inspection, and repair, etc.

For example, replace the cutter, cutter seat, and the suction cup for the CNC glass cutting machine; replace the grinding wheel for glass edging machine; replace the drill bit for glass hole drilling machine; replace the brush for washing machine; replace the ceramic rollers or heating coil for glass tempering furnace.
